Bayco is a family owned business owned by Jerry Don, Margie Barton and family.
We do domestic meat processing (beef, hogs, goats, lambs, etc.) that is processed custom to your needs. ALL domestic meat processing is by appointment only so please get in touch with us in advance. We slaughter on Monday and Friday’s first thing in the morning beginning at 8 A.M.
We are inspected by the Texas Department of State Health Services, and is also a member of the Texas Meat Packers Association.
Because we are inspected, we can sell steaks, sausage, etc. to the public. So if your planning on having a cookout please call us so we may be able to meet your needs.
We also do a variety wild game processing.
Processing normally takes up to two weeks. We will notify you when your order is ready, so please try to call in advance for us to be able to get you in and out as quickly as possible.
